    3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our team.

    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


2. Refunds

    • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.

    • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the return is received and inspected.

3. Exchanges
